Here&#8217;s how returns work.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Hygiene and safety products<\/h3>\n<p>Because of the nature of vaping products, opened or used disposable\nvapes, e-liquids, and cartridges cannot be returned once the seal has been\nbroken, for hygiene and safety reasons \u2014 unless the product is faulty or\nwas not what you ordered.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Faulty or incorrect items<\/h3>\n<p>If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you\nordered, contact us at <a href=\"mailto:admin@vapelab.biz\">admin@vapelab.biz<\/a>\nwithin 14 days of receiving it, with your order number and a description\n(and photos, if possible) of the issue. We&#8217;ll arrange a replacement or\nrefund.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Unopened products<\/h3>\n<p>Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned\nwithin 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we\ncan confirm the return and next steps.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Refunds<\/h3>\n<p>Once we receive and check a returned item, we&#8217;ll let you know whether\nthe refund is approved.
